9 Men
Morris
9 Men Morris is another very old abstract. It's played with
various boards and numbers of pawns, called "Men". This
version starts with 9 men each, and the board initially
empty.
- The men are added to the board, one at a time, then
once all men are on the board, a move consists of sliding a man to an
adjacent empty space.
- Whenever you successfully form a line of 3 men, you
capture any one of your opponent's men.
- When reduced to only 3 men, you can move freely to
any unoccupied space.
- The goal of the game is to reduce your opponent to 2
men.
