I've set up incomplete tables for the "Intermezzo Match"
and the "Phase 2 - Single Elimination".
If all contestants finished their Phase 1 matches, we could continue.

hi all,
good games so far, looking forward to the next round!
If mgamrot1 is removed (no games played) then there are only a couple of games left to play, and it would even be possible to play a fourth round in Group C with those who haven't played each other yet to round off the group?
So, perhaps:
pirtscire v rolle/taekwonlou
CAsh1975 v ogeid
?
That's in addition to
bulien v damil2
and the last game of
Eduardo86 v seneca29

Let's see how far we get until August 22nd - which is when I will definitely close Round 1.
mgamrot1 says he had hardware troubles but he is going to play.
Rounding off group C - sounds good to me. Any opinions from group C?

Currently we are 'a bit stuck'.
I'd like to start Phase 2 on September 1 - but a few matches are overdue.
The problem is how to pick the players that may advance
without being unfair to someone who deserves not to be excluded.
(For Single Elimination we need exactly eight. I am definitely considering presence, number of games played, mail responsiveness etc.)

All right, Phase 2 starts today.
These eight qualify (s.a.):
lemaitre, karina, damil2, CAsh1975 and
bluedog, Raccoons, Eduardo86, seneca29.
(Pairings follow the original scheme where possible.)

PS: I set up a Challenge Round for optional matches.
Selected players from Phase 1 are invited there,
and some Phase 2 'veterans' may want to fight on, too? |
